About

Marine dredging, in-house and end-to-end.

Palm Beach Dredging is the marine dredging division of South Florida Seawall. One team, one accountability chain, every marine trade under one roof.

What we do

Palm Beach Dredging restores depth to private waterfronts, community canals, and commercial marinas across Palm Beach and Broward counties. The scope runs from single-slip residential dredges to multi-property HOA programs and pre-construction work integrated with seawall and dock builds. Every project is handled from permit application to closeout survey under one contract, with the same team touching the water that touches the paperwork.

We work Palm Beach and Broward counties only. That focus is the moat. Every inlet, every county environmental officer, every fixed-bridge clearance, every HOA covenant we've already seen. Depth here comes from running the same waterways for years.

Family of trades

Seawalls. Docks. Boat lifts. Dredging. One roof.

Palm Beach Dredging is one of four divisions under South Florida Seawall. The sister divisions handle seawall construction, dock and piling work, and boat lift installation including AMF and Hurricane brands. Same ownership, same crew availability, same accountability chain across every trade.

When a waterfront project needs more than one trade — a seawall replacement with adjacent dredging, a new dock built over a dredged channel, a boat lift on a freshly restored basin — it all happens under one contract, one mobilization, one phone call. How we work

Five principles.

"Permits aren't a step. They're the project." For us, the job isn't dredging — it's getting authorization to dredge and then executing exactly what's been authorized. We staff for the permit phase the same way we staff for the field phase, which is why our timelines hold.

"Owner-accountable means principal-on-site." Someone from the ownership team is on every job. Not for show — because the cost of a contractor not knowing what's happening on his own project shouldn't be paid by the customer.

"Local-only by design." We don't dredge outside Palm Beach or Broward. Depth here is the moat. Knowing every inlet, every county environmental officer, every HOA covenant by name is something that only comes from staying in one region.

"Open communication. Weekly written updates. No surprises." If your project is going to take longer or cost more than the proposal said, you hear about it before the next invoice — not when it shows up.

"If we can't do it well, we'll refer you out." Some projects aren't right for us. Some scopes need equipment we don't run, or fall outside our service area. When that's the case, we'll point you toward someone better suited for it on the first call.
